Spiced beetroot dip

Sweet yet spicy

250 kcal – eat as you like – VE

 

Flavours: 2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chilli flakes, S/P

Bulk: 500g cooked vacuum pack beetroot

Great with: veg dippers

Store: in an airtight container for up to 3 days

Lets cook: Drain and wash the beetroot to try get rid of as much liquid as possible (to improve thickness of dip). Place everything into a jug blender (with the lid on) and blend until it’s textured and thick. Make sure not to over blend otherwise it’ll be beetroot soup. And dip  cutefacenobackground
