Chunky rainbow stir-fry

Flavours: 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, ginger, medium garlic clove, S/P

Bulk: 200g red cabbage, 150g frozen green beans, 1 red/yellow/orange pepper, 50g sweetcorn, 200g carrot, ½ red onion

Jazzy: sliced spring onions, sesame seeds, ½ tsp chilli flakes for a spicy dish

Lets cook: Cut everything beforehand and stir-fry the carrot, ginger and garlic first for 4 minutes in the sesame oil. Then everything add all the other veg, soy sauce and S/P. Stir-fry for a further 5-6 minutes. Eat up  cutefacenobackground

This made a lot of food, so we munched on the leftovers for super. You could also cool the leftovers and store in the fridge for lunch the next day
