Chilli baked beans

Fancy ass beans

Flavours: 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp chilli flakes or half a fresh red chilli (to preferred spiciness), 1 tsp paprika, pepper (no need to salt the already salty beans), ginger, garlic

Bulk: 150g cherry or plum tomatoes, 1 tin of baked beans

Great with: mashed potatoes, basmati rice

Lets cook: Fry the onions in a pan for 2 minutes on medium heat. Then add the ginger, garlic and other spices for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the toms and cook for a few minutes until they start to go softer. Then add the beans and stir for about 4 minutes or until the beans are hot and ready to go  cutefacenobackground
